Jason Reitz, a California licensed real estate broker, established his company in 1997 after working for 5 years in commercial real estate in Century City representing entertainment firms in their headquarter relocations. As a native of Los Angeles and a graduate of the USC's Real Estate School 1993, Jason's passion for real estate blossomed the minute it was coupled with his entrepreneurial drive and academic achievements.

In 2009, after being a successful independent residential broker for over 15 years, Jason decided it was time to further develop his company and concept and began his research. Ryan Brown, a California licensed real estate agent with his easygoing manner and fun demeanor are combined with his professional aggressive approach to customer service. A native of North Carolina, he finally calls Los Angeles his home after 14 years. Ryan became a real estate agent through his love of interior design and home remodeling. He began his career consulting on new construction homes with developers, and soon began project managing the sites.
